要件
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, BS Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in HR software.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, empathetic, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
