  • Assist in recruitment processes, manage payroll, and support talent management initiatives.
  • Assist in recruiting processes, including job postings and applicant screening.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide administrative support.

要件

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in People Management, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Human Resource Planning.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, and computer literate.
