- Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle phone calls and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
- Manage reservations and update guest information.
- Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and efficiently.

- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or front desk roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Greet guests, manage reservations, handle inquiries, and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and occasional evening or weekend shifts.
