説明

  • The Flute Laminator Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a flute laminating machine used in the production of corrugated and laminated paperboard.
  • The operator ensures high-quality lamination of printed sheets onto corrugated boards, meeting company and customer specifications.
  • Operate the laminator to produce high-quality laminated sheets without wrinkles, bubbles, or misalignment.
  • Conduct regular quality checks, ensuring proper adhesion, registration, and finishing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as misfeeds, glue defects, or mechanical faults.
  • Adhere to company rules and regulations including ISO, safety, GMP-SSOP, Food safety practices and standards and other Departmental procedures.
  • Perform given task from time to time

要件

  • Prior experience operating a flute laminator or similar machinery in a paper printing or packaging company is preferred.
  • Understanding of machine operation, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance.
  • Ability to maintain high-quality production standards.
