職務内容

説明

  • Send billing statements for each client.
  • Create invoices for services.
  • Update accounts receivable database regularly.
  • Preparation and issuance of Official Receipts(OR).
  • Calculate, process invoices, verify financial data and provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization.
  • Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files.
  • Prepare vouchers listing invoice number, date, item description, amounts and coding per accounting policies and procedures.
  • Handling the payroll system for employees. Maintaining payroll information by collating, calculating and entering data. Updating payroll records by entering any changes to employee information or benefits such as job title changes, exemptions and saving deduction. Preparing reports that include summaries of earnings, tax deductions, leave, compassionate leave and non-taxable wages. Calculating payroll liabilities by determining employee taxes, including federal and state income and social security tax, and calculating employer’s payments for social security, unemployment and worker’s compensation. Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries. Maintaining all payroll operations according to company policies and procedures


  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
