説明

  • Develop and implement e-commerce activities and strategies to drive awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze sales trends to identify new opportunities and challenges.
  • Manage product listings, including writing product descriptions, updating pricing information, and managing inventory.
  • Handle online marketing efforts, including email campaigns, social media outreach, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Test website functionality and improve user interface and experience.
  • Resolve any issues related to website performance, functionality, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional initiatives and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the customer service team to handle customer inquiries and resolve e-commerce-related issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and e-commerce trends.
  • Ensure the security of customer information and transactions.
