  • Will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions related to travel bookings, itinerary changes, and other travel-related concerns. 
  • This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with global distribution systems (GDS).

芁件

  • At least High School (HS) graduate
  • Must have 1 year CSR/BPO experience handling international Travel voice account. With experience in any of the ff GDS tool: Sabre/Galileo/Apollo
  • Can work onsite (Pasay City), Shifting schedule
