  • Assist customers with inquiries via phone.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, manage communications efficiently, schedule appointments, and provide outstanding support
  • Resolve issues and provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

  • Educational Qualifications: Education not required
  • Experience Level: At least 6 months BPO exp in any international voice account
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in call center operations, strong interpersonal and people skills, excellent customer service abilities, fluent in English, effective problem-solving skills, and adept in scheduling
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, potential for shift work, and requires flexibility
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, organized, team-oriented, and a strong communicator
