説明

  • Oversee the credit and collections processes, ensuring timely and efficient management of customer accounts
  • Analyze customer credit profiles and set appropriate credit limits and terms
  • Implement and monitor credit policies and procedures to minimize bad debt exposure
  • Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to identify and mitigate credit risks
  • Lead a team of credit and collections specialists, providing guidance, coaching and performance management
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the effectiveness of the credit and collections function
  • Prepare and present regular reports on the company's credit and collections performance

芁件

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a credit and collections role, preferably within a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective credit and debt collection strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in using credit management software and customer information systems
  • Thorough understanding of relevant credit regulations and compliance requirements
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of credit and collections specialists
