説明

  • Acting as a point of contact between customers and companies
  • Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers
  • Gathering market and customer information to figure out the customer needs
  • Responding to customer queries and resolving their objections to get them to make a purchase
  • Advising product developers on improvements to include in forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
  • Creating proposal documents as part of the formal bidding procedure
  • Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients (corporate or individuals), vendors and venues
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
  • Coordinating and planning event details and aspects, including set-up, menu, guests, and other requirements
  • Creating reliable financial reports and collecting payments on time
  • Remaining under budget with all costs
  • Managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise
  • Planning for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the event
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of the complex needs of a wide variety of events

要件

  • College graduate, with a degree in hospitality, business, marketing, or project management
  • With at least 1-2 years of experience in Events, Catering, Sales and/or Business Development, preferably in food and beverage establishment, catering company or hotel events
  • Great negotiation and presentation skills
  • Personable with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player
