- Prepare and cut various types of Jamón.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
- Provide exceptional customer service and meat recommendations.
- Assist in inventory management and stock control.
- Handle special orders and custom cuts as requested.
要件
- Educational Qualifications: Any Bachelor's degree related in Hospitality Management or Hotel and Restaurant Management course.
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduates or Students are welcome to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in meat cutting techniques, understanding of food safety standards, and customer service skills.
- Working Conditions: Work in a refrigerated environment and handle various meat products.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong work ethic, physical stamina, and good communication skills.
