The position holder shall undertake the following functions: 

1. Performs job functions consistent with the corporate vision and mission statement and core values of the company. 

2. Ensures sales pipeline / forecast is met every month. 

3. Initiates contacts with prospective clients for the purpose of generating sales on products and services of the company. 

4. Undertakes product / sales presentations to prospective channels partners and direct accounts. 

5. Conducts interviews, surveys, and other data gathering and validation procedures on existing business processes of clients in order to surface their requirements for the company’s product and service lines.

6. Provides consulting and advising to clients and channels partners for the identification of problems, issues, and concerns for resolution; secures assistance of other departments to develop responsive services. 

7. Prepares documentation such as contracts or memoranda of agreement to cover engagement of the company’s services by the clients and channels partners. 

8. Coordinates with the technical group for on-site support requirements.
