Summary:

The Business Development & Product Manager will identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability, and help the business grow.

The role involves careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets, or enhancing the operation of the business, its position or reputation. 

Ensure product lifecycle and relationship management with customers and partners.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
• Foster and develop relationships with customers, clients, and partners so that you can generate repeat business as well as finding new opportunities.
• Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet them.
• Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting targets and objectives in order to develop and improve the business and reach new audiences.
• Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes and ensure product life cycle management.
• Have a good understanding of the business’s products or services and be able to advise others about them ensuring maximum product or packages growth.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Marketing or equivalent
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Background in customer service is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
• With 5 years work experience and up
• Must have a background in product management
