芁件

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in feed formulation and animal nutrition, preferably in a pig feed operation.
  • Strong understanding of swine nutrition, feed additives, and ingredient quality assessment.
  • Experience with feed formulation software is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with farm managers, feed mill personnel, and suppliers.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and feed safety standards.
