説明

  • Installs, maintains, and repairs ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration systems, and kitchen equipment.
  • Diagnoses electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC and refrigeration systems.
  • Executes risk-based maintenance on systems and equipment.
  • Cleans, adjusts, and repairs systems and executes warranty services.
  • Performs emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
  • Provides technical direction and on-the-job trainings.
  • Keeps daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
  • Complies with service and safety standards and work instructions.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.
  • Drives company service vehicles to perform logistic operations on bringing repair materials, equipment, and personnel for repairs and maintenance. (Advantage)

芁件

  • Has at least 6 months of related work experience in repairs and maintenance (specifically with ref and aircon equipment).
  • Has a valid drivers license covering manual and automatic transmission vehicles. (Advantage)
  • Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in verbal & writing form and proficient in reading work plans.
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, dominantly night shift.
  • Able to work in confined spaces.
  • Willing to travel to various Mary Grace Café locations.
