  • Join P&J Agricultural Trading Inc., a leading name in the agricultural wholesale and distribution sector.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, file maintenance, and correspondence handling.
  • Manage schedules, organize meetings, handle correspondence, support departmental projects, maintain databases, and create reports.
  • Coordinate logistics for product distribution and support inventory management systems.
  • Assist with invoice processing and accounts receivable tracking.
  • Provide customer service support, responding to inquiries and upholding company excellence.

要件

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field is required.
  • Experience Level: Candidates should have 1-3 years of proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, excellent organizational and time management skills, strong communication abilities, and knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
