Job Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Admin Specialist to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our HR and administrative functions. This role will focus on handling contracts, procurement, compliance, and general administrative support. If you're someone with a strong background in admin or HR and a knack for organization and communication, we’d love to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and preparing contracts, renewals, and documentation
  • Support procurement processes including supplier coordination and purchase tracking
  • Ensure company compliance with administrative policies and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate HR-related admin tasks such as employee records, onboarding paperwork, and filing
  • Monitor office supplies and support general facilities management
  • Assist in preparing reports, memos, and internal communication
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners for admin-related needs

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in administrative or HR support roles
  • Knowledge of contract management, procurement, and compliance processes
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic admin systems
