職務内容
説明
- Monitor inventory of factory and office supplies.
- Generate Accounts Payable (A/P) and necessary Debit/Credit Memo relative to importation and exportation charges.
- Process Landed Cost, including liquidation of prepayment account for duties and taxes.
- Verify A/P Invoices related to Engineering Work Orders and process related Debit/Credit Memo, if necessary
- Generate journal entries for the allocation of common supplies and unallocated accounts.
- Process monthly allocation of fuel and oil and prepare journal entries related thereto.
要件
- Graduate of BS Accountancy
- Must be a Certified Public Account (CPA)
- At least 1 year of work experience handling cost accounting in a manufacturing set up.
- With work experience in fixed asset management and/or compliance
