説明

  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for construction projects.
  • Manage project-related financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  •  Assist in the preparation of project budgets and forecasts.
  •  Analyze and manage project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  •  Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  •  With knowledge in internal and external audits, as well as reviews of financial statements.
  • Participate in special projects, such as financial modeling, feasibility studies, and due diligence.


要件

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Certifications: CPA or equivalent certification is a plus but not required
  • Experience: Minimum 2++ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting. 
  • Proficient in accounting software
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
