About the Role

This is an AI generation role at its core. Your job is to turn approved scripts into finished voice and avatar videos using AI tools, at volume, on a deadline, so our Lead Editor can polish and ship them. It is steady, repetitive, high-volume work. If you take pride in clean, consistent output and hitting your daily numbers, you'll do well here. If you're chasing creative, advanced editing, this isn't that role.

What You'll Do

• Load approved scripts into ElevenLabs and generate the voiceover, regenerating until it sounds natural
• Send finished audio for approval
• Once approved, generate the avatar video in HeyGen (two versions, so any glitch on one is covered by the other)
• Assemble our templated video slides
• Deliver 2 to 3 finished videos per day into the Lead Editor's queue
• Help produce our audiobook narration in ElevenLabs
• Keep files and project folders organized

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable in, or eager to quickly learn, ElevenLabs and HeyGen for AI voice and avatar generation
• A good ear for audio: you can tell when an AI voice sounds robotic and will regenerate until it's right
• Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume work; consistency matters more than flash
• Basic comfort assembling templated video slides and doing light first-pass edits
• Fast and reliable; you hit a daily quota without being chased
• Strong written and spoken English, and clear communication for a remote team
• A reliable computer and internet connection, plus a backup, that can handle video work

Nice to Have

• Hands-on video editing experience (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Final Cut). This role can grow into more editing for the right person
• Experience with ElevenLabs, HeyGen, or Descript
• Audiobook or long-form narration experience

What This Role Is NOT

• Not a full video editing role. Your main job is AI voice and avatar generation, with light first-pass edits, not advanced production.
• Not a creative-director seat. The scripts and the standard are set; your job is to produce to them, fast and clean.
• Not a role for someone who bails halfway through. We want someone dependable for the long haul.

Working Hours

Full-time within WET (Western European Time) business hours. For applicants in the Philippines, that means an evening to overnight shift (PHT, UTC+8). Exact hours confirmed at onboarding.

Compensation

$3.00/hour USD to start, paid reliably and on time, every time. 30-day trial period. We will never ask you to pay for training or anything else.
