Video Editor (Full-Time)

We’re hiring a full-time video editor to help scale a fast-growing DTC beauty brand. If you understand performance marketing, direct response, and what actually converts — this role is for you.

What You'll Be Working On:

• Editing high-converting VSLs (Video Sales Letters)
• Creating Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad creatives
• Producing UGC-style ads that feel native and authentic
• Iterating quickly based on performance data
• Collaborating with our creative and media buying team

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience editing for DTC / e-commerce brands
• Strong understanding of direct response marketing
• Hands-on experience with:
• VSL structure & pacing
• Hook testing & retention optimization
• Subtitles, sound design, and high-impact edits
• Ability to produce multiple variations quickly
• Detail-oriented, fast, and reliable
• Experience in the beauty / skincare niche
• Familiarity with UGC trends
• Understanding of what makes ads convert on Meta platforms

Compensation:

• $1,000 – $2,000/month (based on experience)
• Full-time role
