What you'll do:
- Source and attract candidates for technical roles (software engineers, data scientists, DevOps, etc.)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
- Manage the candidate pipeline and keep hiring managers updated
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future needs
- Deliver a great candidate experience from first contact to offer
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience recruiting for technical/engineering roles
- Familiarity with technical concepts and the ability to speak credibly with engineers
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
