  • Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service:
  • Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
  • Take and process customer orders accurately.
  • Provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions.
  • Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Food and Beverage Preparation:
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks according to the establishment’s standards.
  • Ensure food is served at the correct temperature and properly garnished.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Order Management:
  • Ensure orders are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Deliver orders to customers at their tables or prepare take-out orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance:
  • Keep the dining area, kitchen, and service areas clean and well-maintained.
  • Clear tables and reset them for new customers.
  • Handle trash removal and keep workstations sanitized.
  • Teamwork:
  • Collaborate with other service crew members, kitchen staff, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in training new team members when required.
  • Adhere to Safety and Hygiene Standards:
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness of personal hygiene and work attire.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.
