Global Empire Manufacturing Corporation, or GEM Corporation, is an innovative start-up company specializing in food and supplement manufacturing. We partner with brand owners and small business entrepreneurs to help them create their brands by providing high-quality production, formulation, and labeling services. Our products include powder-based coffee, juices, formulated drinks, and food supplements like glutathione, vitamin C, collagen, and other FDA-approved slimming products.


We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Account Manager to join our team and help us drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales and business development, with a passion for the food and beverage industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales leads and establish relationships with potential clients
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue
  • Conduct market research to identify target markets and potential growth opportunities
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Forecast sales, monitor market trends, and report on sales performance
  • Collaborate with other departments, including production, R&D, Warehouse, Regulatory, and Accounting for costing, product development, inventory of raw materials, and turnaround time for delivery to set expectations with the clients
  • Participate in monthly sales reports with the operations team

Requisito

  • Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in sales and account or client management, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, preferably in the nutraceutical industries
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Good understanding of the food and beverage industry and regulatory requirements
  • Has a can-do attitude
  • Presentable with good and positive attitude towards work
  • A team player and can work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Can start ASAP
