Descripción
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and manage staff.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Manage inventory and optimize drug procurement.
- Provide excellent customer service and patient counseling.
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes.
- Monitor budget and financial performance.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a pharmacy or retail environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, excellent retail sales skills, and effective planning abilities.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with potential evening and weekend hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
