1. Responsible for recruiting and training local KOLs on major social media platforms. Collate and analyze KOL marketing data to better improve KOL management and construction (including target selection, form control, price evaluation, contract signing, cooperation execution, result tracking and feedback, etc.).
2. Coordinate with the event planning/operation team to improve the quality of KOL content and innovate content through various activities to achieve business indicators.
3. Assist in the promotion and implementation of operational activities within the community to ensure that content is released on time and as required.
4. Assist in user research projects, including the execution of user experience testing, questionnaire surveys, interviews and other related work.

Job Requirements

1. Excellent written and oral expression skills in the local language, understanding of local culture and user habits; priority will be given to those with overseas study/living experience.
2. Good at communication, with strong sense of responsibility and execution, self-motivation, good at thinking and committed to continuous learning.
3. Familiar with major social media platforms and have a certain sense of internet trends.
