Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients daily via phone and email, working closely with the Australia-based team
• Receive requests from the sales team and prepare quotations for inquiries related to JasonL products, office fit-outs, custom furniture, joinery, etc.
• Read and interpret floor plans, specification sheets, tender documents, and other related materials to extract required data for proposals and quotes
• Identify cost-saving solutions that add value for clients
• Prepare accurate quotes and process orders, ensuring timely responses
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their office furniture needs

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Candidates from engineering, construction, or architectural background preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Experience in estimating loose furniture and office fit-outs
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specification sheets, and tender documents
• Strong workload management and ability to meet deadlines
• Proven experience in account management
• Previous experience working with an Australian company is an advantage
