Cleaning and Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, equipment and utensils

Production Assistance

• Assist in kitchen and brewing area production and cleaning

Janitorial Tasks

• Wash kegs, and buckets, sweep and mop floors, and clean workplaces, including the kitchen, brewing room, office, garage, restrooms, storage rooms, and outside office area

Inventory Management

• Assist with receiving, unloading and organizing stocks and suppplies

Equipment Maintenance

• Clean and maintain equipment such as freezers, kegerators, and refrigerators, and perform general maintenance and simple repairs

Waste Management

• Dispose of trash properly, ensure timely garbage collection, and adhere to waste segregation guidelines

• Physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying heavy items
• At least 3 - 6 months of experience
• Available to work 8 hours per day, 6 days a week (with a 1-hour break)
• With pleasing personality
• Willing to learn
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, on holidays, etc.
