We're 7th Growth, a fast-growing marketing agency, and we're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team — someone who loves creating visuals that actually drive results.

Responsibilities:

• Design eye-catching social media image ads aligned with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
• Create engaging video ads optimized for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Develop visually appealing social media posts to support marketing campaigns and brand storytelling.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for various platforms and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or social media-focused role.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or Canva.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Ability to create both static and motion graphics.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills.
• A portfolio showcasing previous work in social media graphics and video content.

Bonus Skills:
Experience with animation and motion graphics.
