Position Overview

RecruitGo is seeking a Senior AV Engineer to lead the design, documentation, and delivery of integrated AV solutions across pre-sales and post-sales phases. This role involves working closely with clients, Account Managers, and internal teams to develop technical solutions, prepare proposals and tender submissions, and ensure high-quality engineering outputs aligned with company and client standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate engineering and drafting teams to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs.
• Act as the senior technical interface during pre-sales, conducting client workshops to define requirements and develop AV/integrated solutions.
• Prepare and review quotations, cost estimates, tender submissions, and supporting technical documentation.
• Translate approved designs into detailed engineering documentation including schematics, rack layouts, cable schedules, floorplans, and installation drawings.
• Maintain document control, version management, and quality assurance across all projects.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and site teams, providing technical guidance during installation and commissioning.
• Ensure all deliverables meet internal standards, commercial requirements, and client expectations.
• Identify and escalate technical risks, non-standard designs, and compliance concerns to senior leadership as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in AV engineering, covering both pre-sales and post-sales design.
• Proven experience leading or coordinating engineering and drafting teams.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (including title blocks and Sheet Sets) and working knowledge of Visio.
• Strong understanding of AV system architecture, structured cabling, rack design, signal flow, and integrated technology systems (including UC environments).
• Experience preparing detailed tender submissions and technical proposals.
• Strong documentation discipline with experience in version control and structured engineering processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to balance technical decisions and project cost considerations.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Salary: 65,000 - 70,000 Php
• Work Set up: Remote
