Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Meta Ads Engineer / Paid Media Buyer who specializes in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) lead generation and performance marketing.

This is a senior-level, hands-on role for a performance-driven operator who can build, scale, and optimize Meta advertising systems end-to-end—from strategy and creative development to funnel execution, tracking, and conversion optimization.

The ideal candidate is not just a media buyer but a full-funnel growth operator who understands how to turn ad spend into predictable, scalable lead generation systems.

Key Responsibilities

Meta Ads Strategy & Execution

• Build, launch, and scale Meta Ads campaigns focused on qualified lead generation
• Develop campaign architecture, audience segmentation, and testing frameworks
• Create high-performing ad strategies including hooks, angles, and messaging
• Manage budget allocation and scaling strategies for performance growth

Performance Optimization

• Monitor and optimize key metrics (CPL, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate)
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, placements, and offers
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement data-driven improvements
• Continuously optimize campaigns for lead quality and cost efficiency

Funnel & Conversion Systems

• Build and optimize full funnel systems (ads → landing pages → CRM → conversion)
• Work with landing pages and funnel tools (GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, etc.)
• Ensure seamless lead flow, tracking, and conversion optimization
• Improve retargeting systems and lead nurturing campaigns

Tracking & Attribution

• Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking
• Troubleshoot tracking issues and attribution discrepancies
• Ensure accurate reporting of campaign performance and conversions

Creative Direction

• Develop creative briefs and ad concepts for designers and editors
• Guide video, image, and copy production for ad campaigns
• Continuously test and iterate winning creative angles

Reporting & Communication

• Deliver weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations
• Communicate proactively on campaign performance and optimizations
• Take full ownership of campaign results without micromanagement

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads / Paid Media Buying
• Proven track record in Meta lead generation campaigns
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager
• Deep understanding of campaign structure, scaling, and optimization
• Experience with funnels, landing pages, and CRM integrations
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
• Experience managing ad budgets and scaling campaigns profitably
• Excellent communication and independent work capability
