Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial or any related course
• With atleast 4-5 years of experience in Procure to Pay
• With at least 2- 3 years of experience as Team Lead role.
• Amenable to work in Naga City
• Can work night shift schedule

Job Responsibilities:

• Track and report service performance, contributing to strategic financial results within their area of responsibility.
• Assist in the development of strategies and set operational objectives, working closely with the Delivery Manager.
• Accountable for individual or team results, with the potential to contribute to activities that impact customer satisfaction, immediate costs, or expenses. analyze causes using existing techniques or tools, prepare and recommend solution alternatives, and challenge the validity of existing procedures and processes with the intent to enhance and improve them.
• Handle escalated and more complex customer service issues, ensuring client satisfaction
