Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance, responsive client-side user interfaces, including exchange trading pages, wallet integration, asset management modules, and KYC/registration flows, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience.
• Integrate blockchain-related technologies such as Web3.js, Ethers.js, or other wallet SDKs to enable real-time transactions, on-chain queries, and NFT/DeFi functionality.
• Optimize front-end performance to handle large data volumes (e.g., real-time candlestick charts, order books, and market data), ensuring stability in high-concurrency environments.
• Collaborate with back-end teams to implement API integrations, including RESTful and WebSocket, supporting multi-chain (Ethereum, Solana, etc.) transactions.
• Participate in client product UI/UX design, conduct A/B testing and user feedback iterations to improve user retention and conversion rates.
• Ensure front-end code security to prevent common vulnerabilities (e.g., XSS, CSRF) and comply with blockchain industry regulations (e.g., GDPR and AML).
• Lead junior developers by conducting code reviews, sharing technical knowledge, and driving continuous improvements in front-end architecture.
• Explore new technologies, such as WebAssembly or PWAs, applying them across mobile and web platforms to enhance cross-platform experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of front-end development experience, including a minimum of 3 years working on client-side products (e.g., e-commerce, FinTech, or gaming apps), with experience in high-traffic consumer-facing applications.
• Proficient in modern front-end frameworks, such as React.js (preferred), with hands-on experience in Hooks and Redux/state management.
• Skilled in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and tools such as Webpack, Vite, and Tailwind CSS.
• Knowledgeable in performance optimization, SEO, and accessibility design; mobile development experience (e.g., React Native) is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills, with the ability to read technical documentation and participate in international team discussions.
• Strong team player with problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing exchange or DeFi platforms; familiarity with CI/CD processes (e.g., GitHub Actions); contributions to open-source projects.
• Blockchain development experience, familiar with smart contract integration, wallet connections (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect), and DApp development.
