The Store Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and supporting the daily operations of multiple stores to ensure efficiency, compliance, and service quality. The role involves managing store crews, scheduling, operational discipline, store maintenance, and performance monitoring. This position also monitors store activities via CCTV, reviews customer feedback from delivery platforms, and implements operational improvements to maintain high service and operational standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of multiple store locations
  • Create, monitor, and adjust store crew schedules to ensure adequate staffing and operational coverage
  • Address crew concerns, performance issues, and disciplinary matters in coordination with store supervisors
  • Monitor store activities through CCTV to ensure compliance with selling procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies
  • Ensure proper store maintenance, cleanliness, and overall store appearance
  • Monitor and manage store equipment, ensuring functionality, proper use, and timely maintenance
  • Review and respond to customer feedback and ratings from delivery platforms (e.g., food delivery applications)
  • Identify recurring operational issues from customer reviews and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Enforce operational standards, policies, and procedures consistently across all stores
  • Coordinate closely with store supervisors and crew members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Prepare operational reports, observations, and recommendations to improve store efficiency and service quality
  • Investigate operational irregularities, policy violations, or customer complaints and implement corrective actions


Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, or any related field

Relevant Experience

  • At least 2–4 years of experience in store operations, retail operations, food service, or multi-store management
  • Experience handling multiple store locations is an advantage
  • Prior experience in crew supervision, scheduling, and operations monitoring


Work Schedule: 6 days onsite
