We are looking for a highly motivated and technically skilled Solutions Engineer to lead the design and delivery of innovative fixed network solutions, including Home Broadband and Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) services.

In this role, you’ll bridge customer needs, business goals, and technical capabilities—working closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure successful, cost-effective, and market-relevant deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Strategy: Lead solution design, roadmap development, and technical trials for fixed network services.
• Sales Enablement: Partner with sales teams to analyze client requirements and deliver value-driven proposals.
• Customer Engagement: Prepare BOQs, technical documents, and deliver impactful presentations to clients.
• Solution Development: Support PoCs, workshops, and RFP/RFQ responses in collaboration with R&D teams.
• Market Insights: Monitor industry trends and competitors to guide solution positioning.
• Client Success: Build strong relationships to ensure solution delivery meets expectations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 5–10 years in solution sales, solution architecture, or telecom/ICT roles. Carrier network experience is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Strong grasp of fixed network and broadband technologies.
