Job Responsibilities

• Implement risk control rules for marketing activities (trading competitions, referral programs, bonuses, airdrops, rebates)
• Monitor user behavior to identify abnormal patterns such as wash trading, bonus arbitrage, multi‐account activity, etc.
• Analyze campaign and trading data to detect anomalies and high‐risk users
• Collaborate with growth, marketing, product, and risk teams to ensure campaign safety and effectiveness
• Support the design of marketing campaign rules from a risk and cost‐control perspective
• Handle campaign‐related risk cases and prepare post‐campaign analysis reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 2–4 years of experience in risk operations, campaign operations, growth operations, or at a cryptocurrency exchange
• Familiarity with exchange products and marketing campaign mechanisms
• Strong data analysis skills (Excel / SQL / BI tools)
• High execution capability, attention to detail, and an ownership mindset
• Web3/cryptocurrency experience is a plus
