Responsibilities

• Guiding customers through product questions, sizing, styling tips & gift ideas
• Processing orders, handling returns/exchanges, tracking shipments & managing accounts
• Delivering personalized, 5-star service via phone, chat & email
• Turning potential issues into happy resolutions and rave reviews
• Spotting upsells opportunities naturally and confidently

Who We're Looking For

• College graduate (any field) – with or without experience
• Senior High School graduates with at least 6 months customer service / BPO exposure
• College undergraduates (at least 2 years / 4 semesters completed)
• Fresh graduates highly encouraged — passion for retail beats experience!
• Excellent English communication (clear, friendly & confident)
• Must be willing to work on-site in Cebu City on a shifting schedule
