We are looking for an experienced Virtual Recruiter to support a growing healthcare team. This role is 100% remote and ideal for someone who is confident in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates online.

What You’ll Do:

• Source healthcare professionals (SLPs, PTs, OTs)
• Conduct phone and video interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Track candidates and recruitment progress

• At least 2 years recruitment experience (healthcare preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Can work EST hours, including Saturdays
