BDO is seeking a Dayforce Talent Consultant to join our dynamic team as we implement innovative workforce management solutions using the Dayforce HCM platform. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering comprehensive Dayforce Talent implementations—supporting every phase from requirement gathering to post-go-live support.

You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, configure Dayforce Talent modules, and ensure successful deployments. You’ll also collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior consultants, and serve as a subject matter expert in Dayforce Talent.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support end-to-end implementations of the Dayforce Talent module.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into effective configuration and process improvements.
  • Configure and customize Dayforce Talent modules to align with client goals and compliance standards.
  • Facilitate client workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth delivery in collaboration with the Project Manager.
  • Provide expert guidance to internal team members and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Support post-implementation activities, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and enhancement identification.
  • Stay current with HCM trends, Dayforce updates, and compliance requirements.

Work Set Up: 

  • Work From Home
  • Monday to Friday (Day Shift)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Dayforce implementation, particularly in Talent modules (e.g., Recruiting, Performance, Succession Planning).
  • Strong background in business process mapping and workflow optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze requirements and design client-specific solutions.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and industry best practices within HR and talent management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present solutions and lead workshops confidently.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and team relationships.
  • Recognized subject matter expertise in Dayforce Talent.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
