Basic understanding of recruitment processes and employment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding).
Familiarity with labor laws and DOLE regulations, especially related to recruitment and hiring.
Knowledge in preparing HR-related documents (e.g., job postings, interview summaries, pre-employment requirements).
Proficient in using MS Office and email tools
Exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or online job portals is an advantage.
Knowledgeable and familiar with various local job platforms

At least 1 year to 2 years of experience in a recruitment or HR support role
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and coordinate with different stakeholders.
Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple job openings and deadlines.
Attention to detail in maintaining recruitment records, reports, and compliance documents.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Experience working in a fast-paced or high-volume recruitment environment or a manpower agency is an advantage.
