Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to generate leads and identify potential clients within the real estate market.
• Qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening to determine their needs and motivations.
• Build rapport with leads and other industry professionals to establish long-term relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead information using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies and achieve team goals.
• Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cold calling within the real estate industry.
• Proven track record of success in generating leads.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and strategies.

Working Hours:

PH Graveyard Shift (8hrs/day, Monday-Friday US Timezone)

Compensation:

• Training: $3/hr
• Client Campaigns: $4/hr + depending on performance
• Weekly Payout

• Internet Connection: 200 Mbps or higher is preferred. Your internet provider should be PLDT or Globe, with PLDT being the preferred option.
• Headset: Noise-canceling headset with a microphone for clear and professional communication.
