What You’ll Do:

• Design innovative and engaging contract activity programs based on the business goals of the exchange and market dynamics to enhance user engagement and trading volume.
• Collaborate closely with product, development, and other departments to drive the implementation and execution of projects, and work with marketing and other departments to promote growth after product launch.
• Continuously monitor and analyze data related to activities, assess the effectiveness and impact of events, and develop optimization plans to improve and enhance the performance of subsequent activities.
• Actively engage with users, collect feedback and suggestions, and address complaints and issues in a timely manner to ensure a high-quality user experience and satisfaction.
• Analyze the operational status of competitors based on the cryptocurrency market situation, propose practical solutions, and implement corresponding improvement measures.
