What You’ll Do:

1. Growth Strategy Design

• Lead the development of a full lifecycle growth system for exchange users, covering user acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement, with quantifiable growth objectives.
• Design precise operational strategies based on user segmentation (e.g., direct customers/agents/KOLs) to enhance user conversion rates and the accumulation of platform assets.

2. Data-Driven Optimization

• Utilize data methods such as A/B testing, funnel analysis, and attribution models to diagnose growth bottlenecks and iterate product solutions (e.g., referral rewards, trading competitions, Staking products, etc.).
• Monitor key metrics: CAC/LTV, NPS, DAU/MAU, deposit/withdrawal conversion rates, transaction frequency, etc., and produce growth experiment reports.

3. Function Implementation and Collaboration

• Lead the development of growth features (e.g., referral systems, task systems, VIP benefits) and coordinate with technical, operational, and design teams to implement the solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design data tracking plans to assess channel effectiveness (e.g., social media/KOL/airdrop events, etc.).
