We’re looking for a creative and driven Product Development Manager to join our team and lead the development of new travel products. This role is perfect for someone passionate about travel and innovation, with experience in managing product creation and supplier relationships. You’ll help design exciting travel packages that meet customer needs and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new travel products and improve existing ones.
• Analyze travel trends and customer preferences to create competitive products.
• Manage relationships with suppliers (hotels, airlines, tour operators, etc.).
• Oversee the product lifecycle, from idea to launch.
• Work with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure product success.
• Track product performance and suggest improvements.
• Collect customer feedback and adjust products as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in product development (3+ years in travel).
• Strong knowledge of the travel industry and market trends.
• Experience working with suppliers and negotiating deals.
• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
