We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our team. The Process Engineer will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness.

• Design, implement, and improve production processes
• Conduct time-and-motion studies, process mapping, and root cause analysis
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions
• Collaborate with production, quality control, and maintenance teams to solve technical issues
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
• Recommend cost-saving and efficiency-enhancing measures

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
• At least 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is an advantage
• Proficient in using Google Workspace and MS Office applications
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
