SaaS Affiliate Marketer

Job Summary: The SaaS Affiliate Marketer will be responsible for developing and managing our affiliate marketing program. This role involves identifying and recruiting new affiliate partners, nurturing existing relationships, and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth through affiliate channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in affiliate marketing within the SaaS industry and a proven track record of successful partnership management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Affiliate Program Development: Design and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Partner Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand the company's reach and market presence.
• Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing affiliates, providing them with the necessary tools and support to succeed.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure cohesive strategies and effective execution of affiliate initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Masters' degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the SaaS industry.
• Proven success in developing and managing affiliate programs that drive significant revenue growth.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in affiliate tracking software and tools (PartnerStack).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
