Trading Platform Operations Management: Oversee the trading matching system, deposit and withdrawal processes, order execution, and fund flow-related procedures to ensure the platform operates smoothly around the clock.
Process Optimization and System Support: Analyze and optimize user registration, KYC processes, asset management, and customer lifecycle operations to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate closely with product, technology, customer service, risk control, and legal departments to ensure the implementation of operational strategies and quick response to issues.
Data-Driven Analysis: Monitor core metrics (such as user retention, conversion rates, transaction volume, completion rates, and risk control interception rates) and produce operational reports and strategic recommendations.
Customer Experience Enhancement: Work with the customer service team to resolve user issues, promote the establishment of SOPs for common problems and knowledge bases, and improve user satisfaction and response efficiency.
Project Advancement: Participate in or lead operational support for key product launches, including pre-launch preparations, internal drills, launch coordination, and operational monitoring.
