• Responsible for developing, deploying, maintaining, and iterating quantitative strategy code;
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to fully understand strategy requirements;
• Continuously improve code execution efficiency and optimize strategy implementation logic.

Job Requirements

1. At least 3 years of development experience, proficient in at least two of the following languages: Python, Rust, Java, Golang;
2. Solid understanding of Linux, MySQL or PostgreSQL databases, Redis caching, message queues, containers, and other core components;
3. Expertise in concurrent and asynchronous programming, capable of handling technical challenges in high-concurrency scenarios;
4. Familiar with RESTful API and WebSocket integration for major CEX/DEX platforms, with extensive integration experience;
5. Proficient in data analysis and processing, able to perform metric computation, statistical analysis, and related data development tasks;
6. Excellent communication, learning, and presentation skills; adept at leveraging AI to boost productivity; capable of producing high-quality documentation and code;
7. Experience with distributed systems development is a plus; familiarity with microservices architecture preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
