Description

As the Owner, you will gain an in-depth understanding of the business, lead technical direction and system design, drive core module development, tackle critical challenges, and resolve complex issues.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Business, and QA teams to ensure deliverables align with business objectives, continuously enhancing user experience and customer satisfaction.
• Continuously introduce and evaluate new technologies and solutions, optimizing the architecture to improve performance, stability, and maintainability.
• Be accountable for system availability and performance, break down complex goals into phased deliverables, and drive steady progress.

Requirements

• Proficient in mainstream open-source technology stacks: Spring Boot/Spring Cloud, Redis, object storage (OSS), and message middleware (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), with a solid understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
• Strong focus on performance and stability: experienced in performance analysis, capacity planning, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Experience with high-concurrency consumer-facing (ToC) scenarios or in securities/financial engineering is a plus.
• Basic understanding of blockchain/Web3 or RWA, with a willingness to deepen knowledge and drive implementation.
• Candidates with over two years of experience in the financial securities industry will be given preference.
• High sense of responsibility and strong independent problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in leveraging AI-assisted coding and testing tools (e.g., code completion, unit test generation, static analysis) to boost efficiency and quality.
• Experience in one or more of the following domains: low-latency market data, matching/clearing & settlement, risk management, data platforms, or observability platforms.

Compensation Structure
