• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract qualified candidates for live hosting, digital marketing, and e-commerce roles.
• Proactively source talent through job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and relevant industry networks.
• Conduct initial screening interviews, evaluate applicants, create shortlists, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle—from job posting and applicant tracking to job offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding support.
• Partner closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure recruitment efforts align with business goals.
• Maintain accurate and updated recruitment records, databases, and applicant tracking systems.
• Strengthen the company’s employer brand by creating engaging job ads, supporting recruitment content, and delivering a positive candidate experience.
• Ensure recruitment activities follow labor laws, company policies, and internal HR guidelines.

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of recruitment experience (experience in media, marketing, advertising, or e-commerce is an advantage but not required).
• Proven ability to recruit for both creative and technical roles, particularly live hosts, content creators, and marketing professionals.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with social recruiting methods, talent platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
• Highly organized, resourceful, and results-driven.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing.
• Familiarity with livestreaming platforms and creator/influencer networks.
• Knowledge of digital talent ecosystems and online communities.
